If you wish to return or exchange a standard stock item, please fill out the return form below within 14 days after receipt of the goods. After receipt of the information, any items that are legible for exchange or refund, need to be sent to Sportune bvba within a reasonable time (4-7 days) after the exchange or refund was approved by Sportune. In case of a refund, the total amount will be refunded within 30 days after receipt of the returned goods.

We strongly recommend to use a trackable method or service to return your product. Liability for the return is with you until it has arrived in our warehouse.
The returned product must be sent back along with a copy of the confirmation e-mail from Sportune bvba, which holds a copy of the return request form.
If you are returning a product because it was the wrong size or it didn’t turn out the way you expected, it should be sent back unused and unwashed, in the same condition as it was when you received.
If the product is faulty, please describe the nature of the fault on your return form. The fault should not be the result of using the product in a way it was not intended.
Customized products cannot be returned / exchanged because they are hand made according to the configuration and specifications of the customer. Therefore, unfortunately, the return and refunding entitlements set out above do not apply.
Nevertheless, if any quality issue arises with a customizable product, we will repair or replace any customized product in the same way we would with a standard product.
